Terms and Conditions Safe Driver Qatar
- The responsibility of the private driver is strictly limited to transporting the customer to the specified destination using the customer’s own vehicle.
- The company shall not be held liable for any fire, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Likewise, the company will not be responsible for any damage or injury caused by faulty brakes or poor vehicle condition.
- The customer confirms that their vehicle is adequately insured.
- In the event of an accident, the company’s liability is limited to the coverage specified in the vehicle’s insurance policy under Qatar motor insurance regulations.
- The maximum liability of the company shall not exceed the refund of the fare paid.
- The driver reserves the right to discontinue the service immediately if the customer behaves in a manner that may compromise the safety of either party.
- If the vehicle breaks down during the journey, the driver will attempt to arrange an alternative solution at the company’s discretion. No refund will be provided for the incomplete portion of the trip.
- The company is not responsible for missed appointments caused by traffic congestion, vehicle breakdowns, or adverse weather conditions.
- The company will not be liable for any mechanical or technical defects in the customer’s vehicle unless proven to be directly caused by the company’s negligence.
- The company reserves the right to revise prices with or without prior notice. A cancellation or modification fee will apply if the booking is canceled or changed less than one hour before the agreed time.
- The customer agrees not to cause distractions during the service to ensure the safety of both the driver and themselves.
- By using the service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
- If the customer receives any traffic fines or is involved in an accident during the service, they must report it within seven (7) days. Reports should be sent to info@safedriver.qa or by calling +97477246579. Failure to report within this period releases the company from any responsibility for loss, damage, delays, or violations.
- The driver will wait a maximum of 20 minutes for the customer. After this grace period, additional waiting charges will apply.
