At Safe Driver Qatar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and for this reason, we have designed a simple and transparent refund policy.
Customers are eligible to request a refund up to 90 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
All refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the booking. This ensures a smooth and secure transaction.
Once the assigned driver has reached the pickup location, we will not be able to accept complaints or issue refunds, as the service is considered to have already commenced.
This policy is in place to ensure fairness for both our customers and our professional drivers, who dedicate their time and availability to serve you.
